Nathan Brown is the new U.S. CEO of PHD, succeeding Robert Habeck, who was named to the job last September and is now president of North America global accounts at PHD parent Omnicom Media Group.

Brown was previously evp, managing director at Interpublic Group’s UM New York, where he was an eight-year exec and a member of the Global Leadership Council. He starts at PHD on Oct. 1.

Brown began his career in Australia and worked on KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell at Carat.
