Young & Rubicam has reestablished the role of New York president and filled it from within.

Jim Radosevic, a global creative director on Dell and Xerox, is taking the position, even while retaining his creative responsibilties on those key accounts. He becomes part of a New York management team that includes chief creative officer Jim Elliott and Hope Cowan, the North American chief strategy officer who also heads strategic planning in New York.

The office's last president (and CEO) was Tom Sebok, who held the role from July 2011 until February 2012, when he gave way to then North American CEO Carter Murray.
