The Adweek Mentorship Exchange is a mutually beneficial learning environment hosted by Adweek and created for practitioners in the advertising, marketing, and media industries. In its sixth year, the program is evolving to further elevate diverse talent through its hallmark 1:1 matching process. The exchange will be separated into 3 separate tracks: Brand, Agency, and Creator (coming soon) to help equip mentees and mentors with the tools to foster mutual learning.

How it Works

Adweek will choose mentees and mentors based on a simple application process, selecting the strongest pitches while prioritizing diversity and inclusion. If you are a marketing, agency, or creator professional, you can submit a pitch to mentor or be mentored by a trailblazing leader in the industry. Adweek qualitatively evaluates every pitch to assign the strongest mentor to a candidate based on the merit of submission. If chosen, Adweek recommends each pairing meets 2-3 times for 45 minutes before the end of the year. Anything beyond that duration of time is up to the mentor and mentee to decide.
