YouTube isn’t quite done saying goodbye to 2021 yet: Escape2021 is coming Dec. 16.
Escape2021, hosted on YouTube’s own channel, is a 24-hour interactive livestream during which viewers will participate in a series of challenges based on 2021 trends.
Viewers will use the live chat function and join forces to solve challenges, answer trivia questions and participate in real-time experiences.
Escape2021 will begin with LoFi Girl—who has tallied more than 1 billion views and nearly 9.7 million subscribers since her channel debuted in March 2015—and she will appear throughout the experience, with fans working to give her a break from her studies.
