May is Mental Health Awareness Month, though discussions around the topic have become more common year-round over the last few years.

On social platforms, people are sharing their experiences dealing with issues like anxiety, depression and even dissociative identity disorder. TikTok creator Rod Thill has found freedom by being open with his struggles with mental health using his platform.

Thill is a Chicago native who’s been navigating corporate America and trying to make sense of how to address the anxieties around office culture and email etiquette. Many millennials and Gen Zers relate to Thill’s videos as they face those same daily struggles in their own careers, such as overthinking and feeling isolated while working from home.

On this episode of Young Influentials, Thill joins Adweek digital editor and host Colin Daniels to discuss mental health in the workplace and answer a few questions about navigating the corporate ladder.
