We often enjoy going out for delicious Korean or Chinese dishes, but find it hard to recreate some of those meals for ourselves. With Omsom, two sisters created a way for anyone to make a delicious meal featuring the diverse and delicious flavors of various Asian cuisines in 30 minutes.

On this episode of Young Influentials, Asian food brand Omsom co-founder, Kim Pham, joins host Adweek digital editor Colin Daniels to discuss the major role food plays in her life, being the daughter of Vietnamese refugees and how the brand brings Asian culture to any home, one bowl at a time.

Pham also touches on how she and her sister Vanessa were inspired by watching their mother cook authentic Vietnamese dishes every night. Pham also shares advice about starting a business with a sibling and how to authentically reach your audience by defining your brand’s voice.
