Twitter released its Inclusion & Diversity Report for the second quarter of 2021 Thursday, highlighting progress in its diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and changes in how the company supports leaders of its business resource groups.

The company said women now make up 43.7% of its global workforce, including 29.2% of technical roles and 37.7% of leadership roles.

In the U.S., Blacks represent 8.4% of Twitter’s workforce, accounting for 6.7% of technical roles and 7.3%
