The news and culture publisher Vox Media is on pace to host more than 100 events this year––an 18% increase from 2021, according to the publisher—and a key indicator of the growing emphasis it plans to place on its slate of experiential offerings.

In 2023, the media company aims to reintroduce a number of previously mothballed events from Group Nine titles, such as Thrillist and PopSugar, which it acquired in December 2021, said Jackie Cinguina, the senior vice president of marketing and communications at Vox Media.
