Twitter allows users to share emoji reactions to specific messages in direct message conversations. Our guide will show you how this is done.

Also note, there are multiple ways to add a reaction to a message in a DM. For instance, you can tap and hold on a message you received and tap “Add reaction” to open the reaction picker. You can also tap the icon of a heart with a plus sign to the right of the last message you received in a conversation.
