Twitter: How to Change Who Can Reply to Tweets

Step 1: On the new tweet screen, tap “Everyone can reply” near the bottom of the composition window.



Step 2: By default, “Everyone” will be checked, meaning every Twitter user will have the ability to reply to this tweet.
