Twitch saw changes atop its marketing ranks last week, as chief marketing officer Doug Scott was elevated to chief customer officer, while the CMO role was assumed by Rachel Delphin.

Scott will continue to lead Twitch’s International teams, while Delphin will oversee the strategic direction the streaming platform’s brand marketing, creative, growth and media, integrated marketing, public relations and social media teams.

Prior to joining Twitch in October 2019, Scott led global marketing for mobile and social gaming company Zynga.

Delphin had been senior vice president of marketing and communications, and she led the communications team at security startup Tanium prior to joining Twitch in April 2018.
