Tumblr wants Tumblr users to stay off Tumblr.

The platform is marking World Sleep Day Friday by encouraging people to prioritize their mental and sleep health by disconnecting and resting.

Users will see messages on Friday urging them to log off and go to sleep, such as:

  • “OK. Time for bed.”
  • “Get off Tumblr.”
  • “We said it’s time for bed. Please get off our app.”

Those messages can be reblogged.

Tumblr also teamed up with the World Sleep Society on content for the platform’s Post It Forward blog, such as “10 Tips for Healthy Sleep” and other infographics.
