TikTok Recognizes Arab American Heritage Month

TikTok will mark Arab American Heritage Month in April by showcasing dance, history, music, recipes and stories from its Arab American community via #ArabTikTok and live programming.

The video creation platform said in a blog post Thursday that videos with the #TikTokArab hashtag have tallied more than 25 billion views, while those with #Arab are at just over 26 billion and those with #ArabTikTok topped 4 billion.

TikTok added, “Throughout April, we’ll not only celebrate Arab heritage, but we’ll also continue to elevate Arab voices, stories and perspectives.
