TikTok is welcoming “the next generation of security, safety and privacy leaders” back to school by teaming up with the National Cyber Security Alliance and other key private and public partners to back the Cybersecurity Education and Career Resources Library.

The video creation platform said in a blog post Wednesday, “While many industries were hit hard by the pandemic, cybersecurity expertise has never been needed more.”

The goal of the Cybersecurity Education and Career Resources Library is to combat that shortage and increase diversity, and it includes curated content for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as higher education, along with information for career changers and veterans, job training tools and mentorship programs.

TikTok said people worldwide have increasingly turned to its platform to #LearnOnTikTok, and it has become a destination for new interests and skills such as #BookTok, #FoodTok, #Productivity and #STEMlife.
