Global media platform Teads will restructure its leadership with executive chairman and co-founder Pierre Chappaz set to step down, while chief commercial officer Jeremy Arditi will become co-chief executive.

Chappaz, who built the Altice-owned business over the last 16 years, confirmed that he will continue to serve as chair of the board of directors for the company and will advise the team.

He has worked in marketing and technology for more than a quarter of a century, including holding posts for Toshiba, Legent/Computer Associates and IBM Europe.
