Spotify Streams Up Several Black History Month Initiatives

New playlists and takeovers, new podcasts and a Black History Is Now hub

Spotify is marking Black History Month with several guest-curated playlist takeovers, including images from Black photographers as cover art, as well as new playlists and podcasts.

All of the streaming service’s Black History Month content can be found through its Black History Is Now hub.

Spotify will license images from seven Black photographers to curate cover art for eight of its playlists on a weekly rotation throughout February. The playlists and photographers are:
