Reddit is in search of input on how it should improve its search experience.

The platform said in a blog post that it recently doubled the number of people working on improving search and created an entirely new team devoted to search experiences.

The next steps will include:

  • Redesigning the search results user interface from top to bottom.
  • Improving understanding of query intent so that even if someone types something different than what they’re looking for, Reddit can still surface relevant results.
