Reddit bolstered its executive leadership team last week with one new hire and two internal promotions.

Delecia Krevet joined the company as vice president of human resources business partnerships, tasked with implementing strategic HR plans to support Reddit’s growing workforce and scaling its culture. She will report directly to chief people officer Nellie Peshkov.

Krevet had been director of HR at Amazon, where she led the ecommerce giant’s global corporate affairs and legal HR teams, following a stint as director of operations at Google, overseeing its global rotational program.
