The executive team at Reddit has grown by four following one new hire and three promotions that were revealed Monday.

Carla McIntosh joined the company as vice president of global talent acquisition. She comes from Google, where she served as U.S. head of talent acquisition for its U.S. operations center after having held several roles across the company’s people operations team.

At Reddit, McIntosh will report to chief people officer Nellie Peshkov, continuing to strengthen the company’s recruiting processes and establishing operational processes to further scale its global workforce and attract more quality talent.

McIntosh said in a statement, “I can’t wait to join Reddit during this exciting phase of global expansion and begin developing and scaling recruitment strategies that support the future of Reddit’s workforce.”
