Media company The Arena Group, which rebranded from Maven in September and owns or operates 35 titles including Sports Illustrated and TheStreet, has seen gains in both reach and revenue in the last year. The company attributes this growth to a series of internal investments and external purchases.

The publisher finalized its most recent acquisition—a $16.3 million tie-up of AMG/Parade—in early April, marking another step in its strategy to organize itself by content verticals so it can offer marketers subject-specific scale.
