Pinterest Puts the Focus on Creators for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

Throughout the month of May, the Today tab on Pinterest will feature content from creators about Asian culture and history, as well as resources for the community and allies in support of #StopAsianHate, in recognition of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Creators that will share content and Story Pins include Nadya Okamoto, Kim Saira and We Are Uprisers.

Pinterest’s Shopping Spotlight for the month of May will feature businesses owned by Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

The company will support the following foundations and organizations through a two-to-one employee donation matching program: AAAJ Asian Law Caucus, AAAJ Atlanta, Asian and Pacific Islander Health Forum, Asian Pacific Fund, Hate is a Virus/We are Uprisers, Hollaback, In Her Shoes and National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum.
