Malik Ducard is joining Pinterest as its first ever chief content officer.

Ducard had been with YouTube since January 2011, holding several leadership roles and most recently serving as vice president of content partnerships, where he led development for some of the Google-owned video platform’s key corporate responsibility and public-interest partnership efforts in the areas of health, human rights/racial justice, kids/family, learning and, social impact.
