Pinterest acquired video creation and editing application Vochi with the aim of enabling its creator community to bring more quality video content to the platform.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Vochi will continue to be available as a standalone app, for now.
Pinterest head of creators engineering Bin Liu said in a blog post, “Our vision is to create a place where Pinners can go from inspiration to realization, and having more creator tools can help us further this vision.
