Pinterest plus flexibility equals PinFlex.

The company introduced its new work model Monday, combining the ability for its employees to work from anywhere they choose with a focus on “intentional in-person collaboration” at its offices.

Pinterest employees will be able to choose whether to work from their home, a Pinterest office or a virtual location. Those in the U.S. can work from any of the 50 states, while those in other countries can do so within the country or region of their office.

The company said it will continue to offer enhanced WiFi, mobile and commuter subsidies and reimbursements funds to cover home-office expenses for all employees.
