After a steady drumbeat of increasingly bad news about its business operations, Ozy Media is shutting down, according to The New York Times.

The company, founded in 2013 by Carlos Watson and business partner Samir Rao, faced a slew of damning reports that began when Rao was accused of impersonating a YouTube executive on an investor conference call in February, a revelation that came out earlier this week.

Rao was suspended pending an investigation. A law firm was hired to look into other accusations, ranging from whether the company’s performance has been inflated to whether Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have invested in Ozy.
