Oprah Winfrey and Hearst Magazines have announced the leadership team for a new, as-yet-unnamed, multiplatform lifestyle brand. Alison Overholt will serve as general manager of the brand, and Arianna Davis will be senior director of editorial and strategy.

The new brand, launching in the spring, will build on Winfrey’s O, The Oprah Magazine, which had its final printing in December 2020. The project will have a membership program for digital content, a weekly newsletter and a quarterly print publication debuting in late March.
