Facebook Tuesday released “Born in ‘96,” the latest spot in the “It’s Time” public affairs campaign aimed at pushing the federal government to implement its first updated comprehensive internet regulations since the Telecommunications Act passed Feb. 8, 1996.

As the title suggests, “Born in ‘96” features three people who were born in 1996 talking about how the internet has shaped their lives and evolved over the past 25 years, while comprehensive internet regulations have remained unchanged during the same time period.
