NBC Olympics and Twitch are teaming up for the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, creating a new NBC Olympics Twitch channel for the U.S. that will feature more than 150 hours of programming including athlete interviews, gamified pre-Olympics activations, highlight studio shows and Olympic-themed gaming competitions.

The Twitch partnership joins other agreements NBC Olympics has previously revealed with Snap Inc., Twitter and NowThis.

NBC Olympics will lead the sales process for this content, with Twitch providing sales resources.

NBC Olympics and Twitch will team up on interactive tools leading up to and during the Games, starting with “Keep the Torch Alive” on the NBC Olympics Twitch channel, where viewers will work together to collect items and participate in chats to fan the flame and “Light the Cauldron” at the Opening Ceremony Friday, July 23.
