Instagram: How to Stop Users From Embedding Your Posts

Instagram now allows users to prevent others from being able to embed their posts and profile on the web. Our guide will show you how this is done.

Step 1: On your Instagram profile, tap the three lines in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Tap “Settings.”

Step 3: Tap “Account.”

Step 4: Tap “Embeds.”

Step 5: Tap the toggle to the right of “Allow people to embed your posts or profile on other websites” to turn this feature off.
