YouTube will officially open grant applications June 21 for the #YouTubeBlack Voices Fund Class of 2022, and the Google-owned video site also teamed up with 1500 Sound Academy on a musical component.

Over 132 creator and artists teams across six countries participated in the inaugural Black Voices Creator Fund incubator camps, learning from industry experts including Funmilola Adeniyi, Dane Baptiste, Devi Brown, Jamal Edwards, Moira Griffin, Sarah Janiszewski, Oluwatosin Olaseinde, Tommy Oliver, Jade Raad, Ícaro Silva, Alan Soares, Jamila Jordan Theus, Jake Wiafe and Dyana Williams.
