Job insights platform Glassdoor expanded upon the tools it introduced last September to help its users better understand diversity, equity and inclusion at companies, introducing employee-provided company ratings and salary reports broken out by specific demographic groups Wednesday.

The tools released last September enable employers to share their related commitments, programs and goals, including a dedicated section on their Glassdoor profiles where they can share their current demographic information, and the then-new features were highlighted by the Diversity & Inclusion Rating, which became the sixth workplace factor rating available to employees.
