Facebook is teaming up with U.K. nonprofit Colorintech for the second consecutive year to help close the racial gap in the tech industry in Europe.

Over the next 12 months, the social network will work with the nonprofit to bring a range of educational and career opportunities to the latter’s community of roughly 30,000 members.

Facebook will sponsor a research project aimed at getting insights into the barriers that exists for professionals and students from underrepresented groups.

The social network will host virtual sessions and events for students and provide internship opportunities.
