Facebook Revamps Its Elevate Site

The initiative aids creators, job seekers, nonprofits, small businesses and students in the Black and Latinx communities

Facebook this week rolled out a new site for its Elevate initiative aimed at aiding creators, job seekers, nonprofits, small businesses and students in the Black and Latinx communities.

The Elevate program is part of the social network’s pledge in June to invest $100 million in the Black community, with Elevate covering the Latinx community, as well.

Elevate provides community, education, empowerment and mentorship through vehicles including:

  • Career connections: Connections that can help raise the economic prospects of students, job seekers and minority-owned businesses.
