Stand-alone tab Facebook News began rolling out in France Tuesday.

Facebook News debuted in the U.S. in October 2019, and it has since rolled out in Australia, Germany and the U.K.

Meta teamed up with L’Alliance de la Presse d’Information Générale last October to reach partnership agreements with more than 100 media outlets in France, including national dailies such as 20 Minutes, La Croix, Le Figaro, Le Journal du Dimanche, Le Parisien and Les Echos, as well as local dailies and weeklies including La Dépêche du Midi, La Provence, La Voix du Nord, Le Dauphiné Libéré, Le Progrès, Le Télégramme, Nice-Matin and Sud Ouest.

New partners revealed Tuesday include BFMTV, Capital, Femme Actuelle, Gala, Geo, L’Equipe, L’Express, Libération, RMC and Voici.
