Another $1 million in funding from the Facebook Journalism Project will keep the Meta Branded Content Project going for two more years.

The Meta Branded Content Project is a strategic partnership of the Facebook Journalism Project, the Local Media Association and the Local Media Consortium, and it serves as a resource for local publishers in areas including branded content product development, content creation, distribution, education and monetization.

The Facebook Journalism Project contributed $1 million toward the initiative for 2019
