Parag Agrawal, we hardly knew you.

Sources told David Faber of CNBC that if and when Elon Musk’s $44 billion deal to acquire Twitter is finalized, Musk will serve as temporary CEO of the company.

Agrawal became Twitter’s CEO last November when Jack Dorsey stepped down. He had been with the company for over 10 years, joining as a software engineer in October 2011 and assuming the chief technology officer position in October 2017.

Musk also filed Amendment No.
