Condé Nast announced its hiring of Jackie Marks as chief financial officer today. Marks was previously chief financial officer and head of strategy at Mercer. She will report directly to Condé Nast chief executive officer Roger Lynch when she begins on March 29. Marks replaces Mike Goss.

Condé Nast owns over two dozen media brands, including The New Yorker, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Bon Appetit and GQ.

Like many media companies, Condé Nast has struggled during the Covid-19 pandemic.
