CNBC International Appoints Arnaldo Smet as Comms and Marketing Chief

He joins from Entertainment One, where he was vp of EMEA marketing

Business and financial news network CNBC International has named Arnaldo Smet as its new director of communications and marketing.

Based out of London, Smet, who had been vice president for EMEA marketing at Entertainment One for three-and-a-half years, will overseeing all public relations, internal communications, marketing strategy, brand partnerships and special events taking place outside of the U.S.

He takes over the post from Lee Thompson, who has been president of global communications and strategic partnerships at NBCUniversal since October 2021.
