Canon Communications Names Michael Behringer as COO and Fred Gysi as CFO

(Press Release) Los Angeles, CA (June 2, 2010) – Charles G. McCurdy, Chairman and CEO of Canon Communications LLC, today announced management changes designed to facilitate the company’s continued growth. Michael P. Behringer, who is Vice Chairman of Canon, will add the title and operating role of Chief Operating Officer. At the same time, Fred Gysi has been named Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Dan Koskovich, who is leaving Canon to pursue other interests.
Kevin O’Keefe and Ron Wall, Executive Vice Presidents of the Trade Show Division and Publishing Division, continue to report to McCurdy as will Gysi.
