ASBPE to Present Lifetime Achievement Award to Design Expert Jan White

Jan White, a magazine consultant, design guru and Publishing Executive magazine columnist, will be presented with the American Society of Business Publication Editors’ (ASBPE) Lifetime Achievement Award (LAA) at the Azbee Awards of Excellence banquet August 2 at New York City’s Roosevelt Hotel, announced the ASBPE this week.
This marks the first time the lifetime achievement recognition will be awarded to an individual from the design side of the business.
“The key point in Jan being chosen has to do with him being on the design side,” says Robin Sherman, associate director and newsletter editor for the ASBPE.
