Web Account Manager, Broadcast Interactive

Broadcast Interactive Media, a leading provider of editorial and
promotional support to television and radio stations across the
country, is seeking a Website Account Manager to support several
television station websites. Broadcast Interactive Media seeks
someone who loves the Web, thrives on tight deadlines, problem
solving, and has the ability to maintain clear client communication.
Broadcast Interactive Media needs people that understand what it takes
to deliver the highest level of customer service and enjoy being part
of an energetic and dynamic organization.

The Website Account Manager will be responsible for facilitating site
changes and updates, training station personnel and incorporating new
products utilizing a content management system. This position will
be a permanent full-time position, supporting stations across the
country from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility of the Website Account
Manager is to manage the stations’ online presence. The Website
Account Manager is also expected to help promote and integrate new
products, and strategize with station personnel to improve traffic
and online promotions. New client launches have strict deadlines,
and the candidate must be willing to work independently while
balancing a production load with daily tasks and demands.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year working as an assistant and/or editor in a
broadcast environment, web publishing, marketing or print. Previous
presentation and training experience must be comfortable addressing
groups from 3 to 30 using web based technologies.

Although intense, this is an opportunity to work with a talented team

fast learners, excellent communicators, comfortable with technology
and quick to form telephone/e-mail based relationships. Candidates
that have the ability to speak, write, read and translate Spanish
secure an advantage.


SALARY: $32,000 per year, plus health benefits and 401k.
