Watch the 9 Best Trailers from Disney’s D23 Expo

The D23 Expo: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event has come and gone. It was one heck of an event, filled to the brim with panels, announcements, previews and trailers.

Here are the nine best Disney+ trailers from the event.

In Hocus Pocus 2, the 17th-century Sanderson sisters, played by Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, have been awakened and seek retribution 29 years after someone lighted the Black Flame Candle. Before All Hallows’ Eve dawn, three high school kids must stop the ravaging witches from unleashing a brand-new type of mayhem on Salem. The film streams on Sept. 30.

The Mandalorian Season 3 follows up on the events of The Book of Boba Fett, with the Mandalorian and Grogu traveling to Mandalore so Din Djarin can redeem himself for his transgressions of removing his helmet. The premiere is scheduled for Feb. 2023.

Based on the best-selling books by Rick Riordan, Percy Jackson tells the story of the titular 12-year-old hero who discovers he’s a demigod and has been accused by the Greek god Zeus of stealing his lightning bolt.

In a sequel to the 2007 film Enchanted, Disenchanted sees Giselle, Robert and Morgan move from Manhattan to a new house in the suburb of Monroeville fifteen years after her happily ever after. The community is overseen by Malvina Monroe, who has nefarious intentions for the family. When problems arise, Giselle wishes that their lives were the perfect fairy tale. The spell backfires, with Giselle rushing to save her family and her homeland of the Kingdom of Andalasia before the clock strikes midnight. It will be released on Nov. 24.

In The Santa Clauses, Scott Calvin, on the brink of his 65th birthday, realizes that he can’t be Santa forever. He’s starting to lose a step in his Santa duties, and more importantly, he’s got a family who could benefit from a life in the normal world, especially two sons, one that grew up in Illinois (Charlie) and one that grew up at the Pole (Buddy). With a lot of elves, children and family to please, Scott sets out to find a suitable replacement Santa while preparing his family for a new adventure in a life south of the pole. The two-episode premiere streams on Nov. 16.

Beginning five years before the events of Rogue One, Andor follows an ensemble cast of characters during the time that a Rebel Alliance is forming in opposition to the Galactic Empire. One of these characters is Cassian Andor, a thief who becomes a revolutionary and eventually joins the Rebellion. With Diego Luna reprising the titular role, the first three episodes of Andor premiere on Sept. 21.

A continuation of the National Treasure film series, National Treasure: Edge of History is told from the point of view of a young heroine, Jess – a brilliant and resourceful DREAMer in search of answers about her family – who embarks on the adventure of a lifetime to uncover the truth about the past and save a lost Pan-American treasure. It will premiere on Dec. 14.

Part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the upcoming miniseries Secret Invasion, which sees Samuel L. Jackson reprise his role as Nick Fury, showcases a faction of shapeshifting aliens, the Skrulls, who have infiltrated all aspects of life on Earth. It will premiere in early 2023.

Willow is a sequel to the 1988 film of the same name. In the show, an unlikely group of heroes sets off on a dangerous quest to places far beyond their homes, where they must face their inner demons and come together to save their world. Willow will premiere on Nov. 30.
