The Hillside Strangler: Devil in Disguise and 3 Other Trailers You Missed

Today’s trailer roundup includes Peacock’s The Hillside Strangler: Devil in Disguise and They/Them, Hulu’s Mike and Welcome to Wrexham and Netflix’s Clusterf**ck: Woodstock ’99.

The Hillside Strangler: Devil in Disguise premieres on Aug. 2 on Peacock. The four-part documentary offers a new, in-depth look into serial killers Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono who dressed as police officers to lure victims to their deaths, leaving their bodies on the hillside of East Los Angeles in the 1970s.

Kevin Bacon stars in the horror film They/Them on Peacock on Aug. 5. The movie is set in an LGBTQIA+ conversion camp, where queer and trans campers attend for a week of programming. But the methods become increasingly unsettling, and soon the campers find themselves in danger with a serial killer on the loose.

Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight) portrays Mike Tyson in Hulu’s limited series Mike. The eight-episode drama explores the highs and lows of the controversial former boxing champion. The cast includes Russell Hornsby, Harvey Keitel, Laura Harrier, Li Eubanks, Olunike Adeliyi and B.J. Minor. Mike debuts on Aug. 25 with two episodes and two new episodes weekly.

Welcome to Wrexham premieres on FX on Aug. 24 at 10 p.m. with episodes streaming the next day on Hulu. The docuseries follows actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney who navigate managing the third oldest football club, Red Dragon, in North Wales in the U.K.

Clusterf**k: Woodstock ’99 streams on Netflix on Aug. 3. Through rare insider footage and eyewitness interviews, the docuseries reveals the egos, greed and music that helped to define a generation.
