TelevisaUnivision’s premium tier streaming service ViX+ will debut on July 21 in the United States, Mexico and most of Spanish-speaking Latin America.
The streaming service will cost $6.99 per month in the U.S.
With more than 10,000 hours of ad-free premium entertainment programming and up to 7,000 hours of live sports in its first year, ViX+ is the first large-scale global streaming service designed specifically for the Spanish-speaking world. ViX launched stateside this March.
Over 70 ViX+ original programs and films will be available to consumers in the United States, Mexico and most of the Spanish-speaking nations of Latin America in the first year.
Several exclusive original premium series, including Mara Felix, La Doa; La Mujer del Diablo and Mi Vecino El Cartel, will be available at launch. Additionally, ViX+ subscribers will have access to the world debuts of highly awaited films such as Mirreyes contra Godinez 2, El Retiro and Enfermo Amor, which will debut in July.
Salma Hayek Pinault, Eugenio Derbez, Maria Dueas, Selena Gomez, Mario Vargas Llosa, Santiago Limón, Leonardo Padrón and Marc Cistaré are just a few of the master Spanish-language creators and storytellers viewers can see on the streaming service.
