NYT Broadcast: Technical Producer / Web Developer

The primary focus of the Technical Producer / Web Developer is to develop
innovative and interactive products for the websites of the New York Times
Broadcast Media Group (NYTBMG). The ideal candidate is a problem solver and
self-starter who thrives in a collaborative work environment. Applicants
should be fluent in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WML, FLASH action scripting and
server side scripting language such as Perl or PHP with a collection of
skills that should include web usability. Candidate should also be familiar
with relational databases. The ideal candidate should possess at least two
years’ experience and a degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates
high-quality Web development and technical expertise. Candidate must also
be familiar with optimizing websites for web-enabled and mobile devices. An
