Stre.am Launches B2B Video Streaming

volvoToday, Stre.am launched Stre.am Enterprise, which is a live video platform that offers today video tech for creators, media publishers, and digital networks. Chief marketing officer, Will Jamieson, who was also a founding member of Yik Yak said in a statement that, it’s really a “one-size-fits-all solution for all video content.”

Stre.am Enterprise is launching with The Volvo Car Open, United Soccer League’s Charleston Battery, Whistle Sports, Arsenic Magazine, Brandon Biebel Skate Park and Vainglory. All of those partners are in line with their long term goal to partner with sports and music organizations.

With the Volvo Car Open, for example, five courts will be have multiple cameras from different angles. Fans can tap into the URL and see live action on all the courts. Bob Moran, Volvo Car Open Tournament Director says that the live streaming allows for added engagement with fans and better offerings for sponsors. “Stre.am helps us deliver a new level of entertainment to our fans, while generating new branding opportunities for our sponsors,” he said.

Stre.am Enterprise clients  can upload any content, even when it’s not live, too. They can also edit or delete content from the admin panel. The platform streams at less than two second latency.

Jamieson added, “We’re positioning Stre.am to be the enterprise video partner for any video producer who wants to incorporate live video programming into their media mix.”
