The series finale of “Parks and Recreation” helped it into the first spot of the Nielsen Twitter ratings, with 4,630,000 people and 346,000 tweets. “The Voice” and “Pretty Little Liars” were in the second and third spot. “Being Mary Jane,” on BET, and “Marvel’s Agent Carter” rounded out the evening.
