Empire of course dominated Twitter last night according to the Nielsen Social ratings. Law and Order: SVU had an emotional episode about transgender bullying, but Criminal Minds still topped it with tweets, ranking in the second spot to Law and Order’s placement in fourth. Survivor and South Park rounded out the night.
