Three new adventure series have been greenlit by Roku for its unscripted Roku Originals lineup.

The shows, Fight to Survive, Reptile Royalty and UFO Cowboys, will make their exclusive debuts on The Roku Channel later this year, joining the expanding slate of alternative Roku Originals.

“Our latest trio of Roku Originals, Fight to Survive, Reptile Royalty and UFO Cowboys, underscores our commitment to showcasing everyday people in extraordinary circumstances,” said Brian Tannenbaum, head of alternative originals, Roku. “Each series offers our streamers a glimpse into an almost unbelievable world – with a mix of high stakes, fight, heart, and some humor along the way.”

The social experiment Fight to Survive places 17 survivalists on a secluded, tropical island. The series investigates the true essence of “survival of the fittest,” where competitors can battle one another by force – competing for crucial equipment and resources.

Reptile Royalty features social media star Jay Brewer and his staff as they manage the Reptile Zoo in Fountain Valley, California, on their never-ending adventure. As he takes care of nearly 600 of the rarest and most unusual reptiles on Earth, Brewer experiences one scale-covered narrative after another while working with his three children and a vibrant community of intrepid animal enthusiasts.

UFO Cowboys follows a group of ranchers known as the Cowboy Sky Watchers as they look into strange occurrences near the 37th Parallel. This team investigates unexplained activities throughout the ranches and farms of the American West using antiquated tracking methods and contemporary technologies.
