Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery was the most streamed program for the week of December 19, according to Nielsen’s streaming Top 10 list.
The sequel to Knives Out earned 2.25 billion minutes viewed with a broad demographic, evenly spread across the 18-34 (23%), 35-49 (27%) and 50-64 (25%) age groups. Glass Onion also topped the Top 10 Most Streamed Movies list. Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan came in second place with 1.83 billion minutes viewed and Wednesday came in third place 1.79 billion minutes viewed.
Peacock had its first original series on the Top 10 Original Streaming list with The Best Man: The Final Chapters which took the No. 5 spot with 762 million minutes viewed. The 35-49 year old age group accounted for 33% of viewing, 71% of the audience was female.
Seven out of the 10 titles on the Top 10 Movies list were holiday themed. Leading the pack was Home Alone on Disney+ which generated 926 million minutes viewed. How The Grinch Stole Christmas had 864 million minutes viewed, Elf with 836 million minutes viewed and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York had 665 million minutes viewed.
